Ndapandula Kaongo holds a Bachelor of Accounting from UNAM. Steel Spec has appointed Ndapandula Kaongo (a registered ACCOUNTING OFFICER) who advises the business onthe accounting systems, ensure that the records are kept according to the generally accepted accounting practice, provide advice on taxation issues and assist in the preparation of the financial statements.
